摘 要:提出一种可靠的方法仿真和预测开关电源的传导电磁干扰。采用器件建模与印制电路板(PCB)建模相结合的方式,构建器件和PCB的高频等效电路模型。以此为基础建立完善的开关电源电路传导干扰模型。仿真开关电源电路工作时各点电压电流波形并据此分析开关电源传导电磁干扰问题。参照电磁兼容标准,对开关电源的传导干扰强度进行评估。为开关电源的设计和器件选择提供帮助。A reliable method for simulating and predicting switched-mode power supply(SMPS) conduction electromagnetic interference(EMI) was proposed. Utilizing the combination method of device modeling and printed circuit board(PCB) modeling, the high frequency equivalent circuit model of devices and the PCB was built. Based on the derived model, the switched-mode power supply circuit conduction EMI model was established and improved. The switched-mode power supply operating each point voltage and current wave forms were simulated to analyze SMPS conduction EMI issue. According to the electromagnetic compatibility(EMC) standards, conduction EMI intensity of the switched mode power supply was estimated, supplying assistance for the switched-mode power supply design and device selection.
