摘 要:针对开关电源电磁兼容实验中辐射干扰的超标问题,提出了印制电路板(PCB)电磁兼容优化设计方法,即采用改进PCB版图的措施,基于场路结合的方法,在电源设计初期进行互补分析。以典型的Flyback开关电源为研究对象,分析了其电磁干扰产生的机理,建立其高频电路仿真模型,采用CST设计工作室进行电路行为级仿真。利用CST微波工作室建立PCB的三维场仿真模型,并进行了全波时域仿真。仿真研究了PCB的表面电流和远场电磁辐射的分布。基于PCB电磁兼容优化设计流程,采取了有效的整改措施,对该电源PCB进行了优化。A printed circuit board(PCB) electromagnetic compatibility optimization design method was presented to deal with the radiation interference excess issue in a switched mode power supply electromagnetic compatibility experiment. The method using improving PCB layout measure and based on the field-circuit combination method,complementary analysis was conducted during the initial power supply design. After analyzing the causes of the electromagnetic radiation interference around a typical Flyback switched mode power supply, an high frequency circuit simulation model was established, and using CST design studio, circuit behavior simulation was conducted.Through CST microwave studio, PCB three-dimension field simulation model was established, and the full-wave time-domain simulation was conducted. The surface current of the PCB and the distribution of far-field electromagnetic radiation were simulated. According to the PCB electromagnetic compatibility optimization design method, effective rectification measures were proposed to optimize the PCB of the power supply.
