摘  要:采用盐雾试验与电偶腐蚀测试技术研究了热镀锌钢板表面薄涂层在含氯离子环境中的腐蚀行为和电化学特性。试验结果表明:通过对短期电偶腐蚀试验结果中腐蚀电量与时间进行线性拟合处理,可获得腐蚀电量与电偶腐蚀时间的线性拟合方程,并以此外推得到涂层盐雾试验失效时的腐蚀电量。通过对4种不同耐蚀性能的涂层进行盐雾和电化学试验比较,证明不同涂层盐雾试验失效时,其腐蚀电量值基本一致,电化学方法与盐雾试验结果吻合。The corrosion resistance of film on hot dip galvanized steel sheet was evaluated by both salt spray test( SST) and galvanic coupling corrosion test. The results showed that a linear equation could be obtained by fitting the linear relationship between the quantity of electric charge and corrosion time obtained from short term test,thus,the quantity of electric charge via SST could be extrapolated by bringing corrosion failure time of the coating derived from SST into this equation. The test results showed that SST and galvanic coupling corrosion test were consistent for 4 different coatings,and the quantities of electric charge of different coatings extrapolated at the corrosion failure time via SST were similar.
