摘　　要：目的：探讨影响Ⅱ、Ⅲ型Pilon骨折骨缺损骨移植疗效的相关因素。方法回顾性分析湖北医药学院附属东风医院2009年6月至2012年1月收治的复杂Pilon骨折59例，搜集其骨折类型、植骨方式、固定方式、骨折及软组织愈合情况、踝关节功能等临床资料。结果无皮肤缺血感染坏死发生，骨折全部愈合。根据Helfer评分评价患者踝关节功能恢复情况，优26例，良20例，可11例，差2例，优良率为78.0%。结论复杂Pilon骨折常伴有严重的骨缺损，充分重视植骨的作用、早期大量植骨以及稳定的固定对骨折的愈合及踝关节功能的恢复具有重要的意义。Objective To investigate the correlation factors of complex Pilon fractures and bone graft. Methods Fifty-nine cases of complex Pilon fractures admitted in our hospital from June 2009 to January 2012 were analyzed retrospectively,the data of fracture types,bone graft methods,fixation,soft tissue and fracture union,ankle function were collected. Results No skin necrosis happened,fracture healed. According to Helfer scores,excellent in 26 cases,good in 20 cases,fair in 11 cases,and poor in 2 cases,the excellent and good rate was 78. 0%. Conclusions There is excessive bone loss in complex Pilon fractures,bone graft in early stage,stable fixation plays an important role in fracture union and article function recovery.
