摘 要:结合近年来电动车火灾事故调查案例,按照电动车起火的特点,根据电动车的工作原理,分析其可能的起火源。在充电、放电两个过程中,对可能的起火源做大量试验,并对试验数据进行分析总结。结果表明,充电过程中,充电器内部散热问题和蓄电池的析出氢气量问题是两个主要的起火源;放电过程中,连接线短路是电动车起火的主要起火源,而线路短路主要原因是路面颠簸和维修不当。Combined with several electric vehicle fi re accident investigation cases in recent years, the characteristics of the electric vehicle fi re were summed up. According to working principle of the electric vehicle, the possible points of fi re were analyzed. A large number of experiments were made on fi re point in the process of charging and discharging, and then the test data are analyzed and summarized. The results indicated that failure of charger and releasing hydrogen were two major points of fire during charging; that cable of short-circuit due to road bumps and improper maintenance was the main points of fi re during discharge.
