云南省林业社会化服务体系现状及发展对策

摘　　要：健全林业社会化服务体系对巩固集体林权制度改革成果具有重要意义。基于对云南省林业社会化服务体系现状的分析,对云南省林业社会化服务体系建设的发展提出了4点对策:进一步推进林权管理体系建设,进一步加快林农专业合作社建设,进一步加大金融支持力度,进一步加大科技服务能力建设。Perfecting forestry socialization service system is of great significance to consolidate the achievement of collective forest right system reform. Based on the analysis of the present situation of forestry socialization service system in Yunnan Province,four countermeasures have been put forward： promote the construction of management system of forest right; accelerate the construction of farmers＇ specialized cooperatives; increase financial support; increase the scientific and technological service ability construction.
