摘　　要：目的通过对2012—2013年进行的"上海市公共卫生学科带头人"培养项目实施成效进行评价,总结本次项目实施的经验,完善公共卫生工作机制,提高本市公共卫生服务和管理水平,促进公共卫生体系可持续发展。方法本次评估共收集30名学科带头人在2010—2011年和2012—2013年中取得的成果进行分析,并通过专家咨询,确定指标体系权重,运用加权法对成果进行打分,并进行统计分析,确定最终得分。结果通过该项目的实施培养,30位学科带头人与前一阶段相比各方面能力均有很大的发展,同时也为上海市培养了一批公共卫生服务人才,为提高本市的公共卫生服务水平和快速应对突发事件的能力奠定了基础。Objective The article has assessed the ＂Cultivation Project of Academic Leaders on Public Health＂ and summarized the experience so as to enhance the working method on public health issues,improve the service and management capability of public health,and promote the sustainable development of public health system.Method To analyze the collected the achievements of 30 academic leaders from 2010 to 2011 and 2012 to 2013 to.Setting the weight of index by consulting experts to score the outcome.Conclusion The comprehensive capabilities of academic leaders had been improved obviously under the cultivating of this project.It also laid foundation to improve the public health service and the ability of dealing with emergencies.
