摘　　要：目的为促进我国大陆地区医院药师作用的发挥提供参考。方法比较台湾地区和大陆医院药师的执业状况,分析提高我国大陆地区医院药师作用和地位的对策。结果与结论借鉴我国台湾地区经验,加快大陆地区立法进程,深化药学教育改革,推进临床药师制建设,强化药学服务的理念,将有利于促进我国大陆医院药学和药学人员的发展。Objective To provide reference to improving the exertion of hospital pharmacists functions in China's Mainland.Method To analyze the strategies of improving the functions and status of hospital pharmacists in China's Mainland by referring to the situation of hospital pharmacists in Taiwan Region.Results and Conclusions On the reference of pharmacist practice management experience in Taiwan Region and accelerating our country mainland pharmacist practice management system in the legislative process,advancing the reform of pharmacy education,putting forward clinical pharmacist system,emphasizing on pharmacy care idea,will be helpful for promoting the development of the hospital pharmacy and hospital pharmacists in our country mainland.
