摘　　要：军队卫生法规的原则体现军队卫生活动及其保障的基本思想及其理念,是军队卫生立法、执法以及法律制度适用的基本准则,其中的保障部队健康提高战斗力在位序上是最基本的原则,同时人道主义原则、紧急救援原则以及维护秩序和伦理原则比较侧重于战时、非战争军事行动和一般卫生勤务活动中所应坚持的原则。Military hygiene regulations principle reflects the basic idea of military health activities and its security and its concept,is the basic criterion of military health legislation,law enforcement and legal system application,the security forces health improve the combat effectiveness in order is the most basic principle,and humanitarian principles,emergency rescue principle as well as the maintenance of order and ethical principles more emphasis on wartime,non war military action should adhere to and general health service activities in principle.
