摘　　要：基于国家公立医院改革的政策背景,分析军队医疗费用供管方式存在的问题和面临的挑战,并指出应树立正确的发展理念,科学制定军队医疗费用的投入和补偿机制,探索提供对外医疗服务的地方政府补偿模式,加强精细化管理和医疗成本控制。Based on the policy background of national reform of public hospitals,The article analyzed the problems and challenges of the supply and administration model of military medical expenditure and brought out some countermeasures.The suggestions included setting up the correct development concept,drawing up scientific investment and compensation mechanism,exploring the local government compensation mode,strengthening the information construction and management to control medical cost,etc.
