摘 要:报道了牙鲆养殖过程中发生的体表溃烂综合症的病理组织变化。该病的病原有盾纤类纤毛虫指状拟舟虫和致病菌兔莫拉氏菌。指状拟舟虫不仅寄生于牙鲆体表皮肤、鳍 ,亦可侵入腹腔、肾脏、肌肉、心脏甚至脑。兔莫拉氏菌大量寄生于心脏血液中 ,随血液循环至各组织器官 ,引起牙鲆肝脏、肾脏及脾脏组织病变。指状拟舟虫和兔莫拉氏菌共同导致牙鲆死亡。An external ulcerative disease, which frequently occurred in Japanese flounder, Paralichthys olivaceus, now cultured in artificial propagation facilities along the coasts of Shandong, China, has caused mass mortalities in recent years. Histopathological study showed that the diseased fish had hyperaemia and hemorrhage in the ulcerated muscle tissue as well as decoloration of the skin, especially among fry and juveniles. Many ciliates were found not only on the body surface but also inside the skin, scale pocket, fin, muscle, peritoneal cavity, blood and characteristically brain of the Japanese flounder. The ciliate was a pathogen to flounder and was identified as Paralembus digitiformis, a marine facultative parasitic scuticociliatid ciliate. Meanwhile, a bacterium Moraxella cuniculi was also purely isolated from the heart of the naturally infected flounder and also proved to be a pathogenic bacterium for flounder by experimental infection.
