摘　　要：以港兴市是港口城市发展的必然选择,围绕保税物流,发展以港口为核心的"前港后厂"临港产业是以港兴市的最佳途径。北海港"前港后厂"和保税物流初具规模,但是,也出现了一些如临港产业实力不强、布局不均、管理混乱等现象,针对这些问题,提出建立创新机制、培育龙头企业、建立保税通道、实行统一管理等一系列措施,以促进保税物流港的进一步发展。In this paper, we introduced the current status of the layout of the near-port industries in the Beibai Port and its problems, and then accordingly proposed a series of measures to promote the better development of the bonded logistics industry at the port.
