摘　　要：首先阐述了电力企业物资库存管理的现状,然后利用层次分析法对电力企业的物资进行分类,最后针对不同的物资提出了不同的库存管理方法。In this paper, we first introduced the current status of the inventory management system of the power companies, then used the AHP to classify the inventory materials of these enterprises, and at the end, proposed different inventory management methods for the different classes.
