快递物流产学研结合特色路径——快递无人收件成本和风险管理研究

摘　　要：提出基于作业成本法以及平衡积分卡的快递无人收件的物流成本和风险管理模型,模型依据无人收件情况下快递物流成本动因率运算作业中心成本,获取无人收件情况下快递企业服务的总成本,基于平衡积分卡的原理将无人收件情况下的快递物流风险因素划分成运输、内部管理、客户因素以及再次发生性四个预警维度,依据无人收件情况下快递物流企业风险特征,采用模糊数学以及层次分析方法对快递物流企业的风险进行综合评估。实验结果说明,该种模型能够对无人收件情况下的快递物流成本和风险进行准确的评估,具有重要的应用价值。In this paper, we proposed the logistics cost and risk management model for the unattended parcel collection on the basis of activity-based costing and balanced scoreboard, introduced the specifics of the working mechanism of the model, used fuzzy mathematics and AHP to evaluate comprehensively the risk exposure of the express delivery logistics enterprises, and at the end, through an experiment, illustrated the application value of the model.
