中药指纹图谱数据库发展历程和建设中药定量云计算标准指纹规范数据库构想

摘　　要：本文对近十几年我国中药指纹图谱数据库发展历程进行了综述,其发展的第一阶段为单机数据库,第二阶段为网络智能化数据研究,第三阶段为中药定量云计算标准指纹规范数据库研究。中药定量云计算标准指纹规范数据库建设应基于云计算的高效特征和面向产业开展数据服务和实验评价服务为立足点,从规范性、完整性、安全性和可扩充性等方面夯实基础,开展攻关研究。国家和研究机构以及中药企业都应从中药事业发展的长远角度考虑从基础做起,多投入,支持这一规范数据库的建设,其对中药发展具有十分重要的科学和战略意义。The development of Traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） database in the past 10 years has been summa- rized in this article, namely the stand-alone database stage, the intelligent network database research stage, the TCM quantitative standard fingerprint unified database based on cloud computing （TCM-QSFUD-CC）. TCM-QSFUD-CC should be based on the great efficient characteristics of cloud computing to serve the TCM industry and experimental evaluation as the basic objective, which should focus on the normalization, integrity, security and scalability to lay a solid base with a broad cooperation. The goverment and research institutions as well as TCM industry should in the long-term the develop TCM enterprises in fundmental research and invest more to support TCM-QSFUD-CC con- struction. The research and development of TCM-QSFUD-CC are of great importance to science and national strategy.
