高效液相色谱法测定奥优八味散中胡椒碱的含量

摘　　要：目的建立高效液相色谱法测定奥优八味散中胡椒碱的含量。方法以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂,甲醇-0.1%三乙胺溶液（77：23）为流动相,流速为1.0 mL·min^-1,检测波长为343 nm,柱温30℃,进样量20μL。结果胡椒碱在0.50～1.50μg与峰面积具有良好的线性关系,r=0.999 9,低、中、高浓度平均加样回收率分别为99.0%、100.3%、101.7%,RSD分别为0.03%、1.3%、1.9%。结论该方法简便、准确、重复性好,可用于奥优八味散中胡椒碱的含量测定。Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of piperine in Aoyou Bawei powder. Methods We used 18 alkyl silane bonding silica gel as the filling agen. The mobile phase was methanol-0.1 triethylamine solution（77：23）, the fl ow rate was 1.0 mL·min^- 1, the detection wavelength was 343 nm, the column temperature was 30 ℃, and the volume injection was 20 μL. Results A good linearity of piperine was obtained at 0.5- 1.5 μg, r = 0.999 9）. The lower, middle, and high concentration of the average recovery was 99.0%, 100.3%, and 101.7%; RSD was 0.03%, 1.3%, and 1.9%. Conclusion This method is simple and accurate with good reproducibility, which can be used for the content determination of piperine in Aoyou Bawei powder.
