摘　　要：目的观察柳烯酸溶液对花斑癣的治疗效果。方法每日用柳烯酸溶液外喷皮损处2次进行治疗,观察治疗1、2周后的疗效。结果临床有效率及真菌清除率有明显提高,治疗1周后有效率为54%,真菌清除率46%;治疗2周后有效率为94%,真菌清除率为96%。结论柳烯酸溶液治疗花斑癣疗效肯定,安全性高。Objective To observe the effect of Liuxi acid solution on tinea versicolor. Methods Liuxi acid solution was used daily in skin lesions, twice a day, to observe the curative effect on tinea versicolor for 1 and 2 weeks. Results The clinical effect and fungal clearance were obviously improved, with 1-week effective rate 54%, fungal clearance rate 46% and 2-week effective rate 94%, fungus clearance rate 96%. Conclusion The curative effect of Liuxi acid solution on tinea versicolor is confirmed safe.
