曲靖烟叶物理指标与化学成分含量的相关性分析

摘　　要：[目的]揭示烟叶内外质量的关联程度,并缩减烟叶质量评价指标。[方法]运用描述统计和典型相关统计分析方法研究了曲靖烤烟物理指标和化学成分含量的状况及其相互关系。[结果]分析表明,两大烤烟质量评价指标间存在显著的典型相关关系,物理性状与化学成分间存在密切的关联;不同烤烟质量评价指标的关联程度不一样,在烤烟质量组间关联上起主导作用的物理性状评价指标是叶面密度、平衡含水率、含梗率和填充值,化学成分评价指标是还原糖、总氮、烟碱和氯。综合分析认为,典型相关分析能够简化曲靖烟区清香型烤烟的质量评价工作。[结论]研究可为曲靖乃至云南烟区清香型烤烟的生产工作提供理论指导。[Objective] To reveal correlation degree of tobacco internal and external quality,shorten tobacco leaf quality evaluation indexes. [Method]The relationships of physical property and chemical components of flue-cured tobacco leaves in Qujing were investigated by using descriptive statistics and canonical correlation analysis. [Result]The result indicated that： The two kinds of quality evaluating indices of fluecured tobacco leaves showed significant canonical correlations; Relationship between physical properties and chemical composition was significant. Physical property such as foliage density,equilibrium moisture,stem ratio and fill valu,chemical components such as reducing sugar, total N,nicotine and Cl-played important roles between two quality groups relationship. In summary,the integrate analysis showed that quality evaluation work of faint scent flue-cured tobacco in Qujing can be simplified by utilizing canonical correlation analysis. [Conclusion]The study can provide theoretical guidance for production of flavor flue-cured tobacco in Yunnan Province.
