摘　　要：冷库选址是为了实现最优的定位,按照一定的规则与方式,把需要设置的"设施"安排在科学合理的区位,实现可观的经济效益。冷库与普通仓库在选址方面考虑的影响因素存在一定的差异。运用AHP层次分析法可以对冷链企业的仓库选点和战略决策提供切实可行的分析方法。Site selection of cold storage is aimed to achieve the optimal positioning,according to certain rules and methods,the need to set up a ＂ facility＂ arranged in a scientific and reasonable location,achieved considerable economic benefits. There are some differences and common factors of cold storage in site selection considerations. The use of AHP analysis can provide a convenient and feasible method for the cold chain business warehouse site selection and strategic decisions.
