VSD封闭负压引流术在外伤性皮肤窦道整形修复中的应用

摘　　要：目的观察手术扩创＋封闭负压引流（VSD）＋植皮术治疗长时间不愈合的外伤性皮肤窦道的临床疗效。方法外伤性皮肤窦道在相应麻醉方式下行扩创手术,按创面大小和形状裁剪封闭负压引流（VSD）材料覆盖伤口创面,持续引流,7～8 d拆除,伤口为新鲜肉芽组织后行植皮术并行VSD负压引流,7～10 d拆除VSD材料。结果本组86例外伤性皮肤窦道患者手术扩创后经1～3次VSD封闭负压引流,伤口创面肉芽组织新鲜,植皮术后皮片成活良好,随访半年,伤口处瘢痕不明显,功能影响小,少数患者皮损局部稍凹陷。结论在外伤性皮肤窦道的整形修复中引入VSD负压引流＋植皮术,操作简单,患者痛苦小,疗效确切,值得临床应用和推广。Objective To investigate the effect of surgical debridement, vacuum sealing drainage（VSD） and skin grafting in traumatic skin sinus repair. Methods The traumatic skin sinus was debrided under anesthesia, and the wound surface which filled with vacuum sealing drainage（VSD） material according to the size and shape of the cutting using for 7～8 days,the wound treatment with dressing until wound healing after cover granulation tissue. The wound surface treatment with skin grafting for 7～10 days. Results In this group, the 86 traumatic skin sinus were covered with granulation after debridement and VSD using for 1～3 times, and the skin survived well after skin grafting, with 6 months followed-up, the wound scar was not obvious, partial slightly sunken. Conclusion The procedure with debridement, vacuum sealing drainage（VSD） and skin grafting to cure the traumatic skin sinus is much more simpler, less painful and positive effect, it is worth popularizing.
