摘　　要：目的针对个体口腔诊所在医院感染管理工作中出现的问题,提出解决方案。方法通过对全市32家个体口腔门诊检查,找出医院感染管理相关工作不足,提出整改意见。结果医务人员医院感染管理知识滞后,制度化建设不合理,消毒灭菌器械质量欠规范,手卫生设施不健全,存在极大的安全隐患。结论加强医务人员对医院感染管理知识的学习、指导其正确工作方法、自觉执行相关规定。Objective To propose solutions for individual dental clinic in the problem in the management of hospital infection. Methods Through the city＇s 32 individual dental clinic examination, Identify hospital infection control deficiencies related work, put forward rectification opinions. Results Backward management knowledge and infection of medical staff in hospital, System construction is not reasonable, specification in disinfection and sterilization device quality, hand hygiene facilities not perfect, there was a great security risk. Conclusion To strengthen the medical personnel in the management of hospital infection knowledge learning, guide the proper methods of work, conscientiously implement the relevant provisions.
