摘　　要：详细综述了手性1-(1-萘基)乙胺的化学拆分、酶拆分和不对称合成的最新研究进展,及其在药物合成方面的应用,并展望了其制备工艺的发展趋势。The recent progress of chiral 1-（ 1-naphthyl） ethylamine in chemical and enzymatic resolution, asymmetrical synthesis and drug synthesis are introduced. The prospects of its preparation methods in the future are proposed as well.
