摘 要:研究了液相还原法将纳米Ru负载于活性炭载体上,将制备的Ru(5%)/C催化剂在葡萄糖加氢反应中进行测试。考察了活性炭预处理、负载及还原顺序和稳定剂对用拟一级反应速率常数kM表示的反应活性的影响。结果表明,活性炭载体经过氧化处理,Ru前驱体先负载后还原,且加入适当稳定剂制备的催化剂催化性能最好。用XRD和TEM对还原后的Ru/C催化剂进行了表征,证明钌处于高分散零价态,平均粒径<1 nm。这种高分散Ru/C催化剂比同类商用催化剂的活性高了15%左右。The highly dispersed nano Ru particles supported on activated carbon are prepared by liquid phase reduction. The obtained Ru( 5 wt. %) / C catalysts are tested in hydrogenation of glucose to sorbitol. The influences of activated carbon pretreatment,the sequence of impregnation and reduction,the presence of stabilizers are studied. The results show that oxidation of activated carbon before impregnation,retard of reduction during impregnation and addition of certain stabilizer are all beneficial to improving the catalytic activity,which can be presented by the pseudo first order reaction rate constant kM. Characterization of TEM and XRD have proven that Ru is in zero valence state,and finely dispersed at the average particle size 1 nm. This highly dispersed Ru / C is ~ 15% more active than the commercial Ru / C catalysts sold in the market.
