摘  要:目前国内外有关润滑油清净剂烷基结构分析主要集中在烷基碳数在C16以下的苯磺酸盐产品,对于C20左右的碳数分布的研究较少。由于润滑油清净剂在色谱分析中的溶解度较低,笔者采用酸化萃取等方法对烷基苯磺酸钙进行前处理,优化了酸化的温度、时间和萃取试剂的用量。利用高效液相色谱-质谱联用技术建立了烷基苯磺酸同系物的检测方法。采用C18反相柱为分析柱,对分离后的各组分用液相色谱-质谱联用(LC-MS)仪进行了确认。得到最佳的色谱分离条件为:流动相为甲醇-水与甲醇-35 mmol/L磷酸二氢钠水溶液,采用梯度洗脱,检测波长为254 nm。结果表明,该法对烷基链为C17~C20的烷基苯磺酸钠的同系物能完全分离。At present,the structural analysis of the detergents for lubricating oil mainly focuses on alkyl benzene sulfonic acid with carbon number distribution less than 16. Few studies involve the alkyl benzene sulfonic acid with carbon number distribution around 20. Due to the low solubility of detergents for lubricating oil,alkyl benzene sulfonic acid is pretreated by acidification-extraction process in this study. The effects of acidification temperature and time,and the amount of extraction agent are studied. A determination method for analysis of alkyl benzene sulfonic acids are established by combination of HPLC and LC-MS. The results show that,the isomers of alkyl benzene sulfonic acid with carbon number distribution around C17- 20can be completely separated under the optimal conditions: C18reversed-phase column,mixture of methanol-water and methanol-35 mmol / L sodium dihydrogen phosphate solution as mobile phase, gradient elution procedure and detection at 254 nm.
