非高原部队与高原部队夏季高原训练主要病种构成分析

摘　　要：目的调查高原野外驻训期间,非高原部队与高原部队的主要病种构成,为部队高原驻训卫勤保障决策提供参考。方法非高原部队(驻地海拔500 m)和高原部队(驻地海拔3000 m)在2012年7月进驻海拔4400 m的某高原野外训练场,22 d后,根据两部队驻训期间门诊登记(就诊例数分别为199和270),对发生在高原上的主要疾病进行分类统计。结果非高原部队发病率排在前3位的是呼吸系统疾病,消化系统疾病及症状、体征和某些不明确情况,合计占89.5%;高原部队前3位是呼吸系统疾病,消化系统疾病,皮肤和皮下组织疾病,合计占63.0%。结论非高原部队与高原部队高原野外驻训的主要疾病病种虽存在一定差异,但前2位都是呼吸系统及消化系统疾病,因此应充分考虑驻训环境因素,加强高原防病知识宣传教育和饮食卫生监督,调整卫勤保障策略。Objective To investigate the main disease spectrum of two troops stationed at different altitude（ 500 m and 3000 m above sea level respectively） during field training at high altitude of 4000 m in July 2012, so as to provide the data for the reference of making decision for medical support. Methods The clinic records of all patients（ n1= 199 for non-altitude troop,n2= 270 for high altitude troop） were collected respectively,after the troops had arrived at the training altitude of 4000 m for 22 d. The classification statistics for main disease spectrum of all patients were performed. Results The first three orders of systemic disease incidence were： respiratory system,digestive system,symptoms signs and some indefinite conditions for the non-altitude troop（ in total,accounted for 89. 5%）; and respiratory system,digestive system,skin and hypodermal diseases for the high altitude troop（ 63. 0% in total）. Conclusion The main disease spectrum between the non-altitude troop and high altitude troop during field training at high altitude is somewhat different,but the first two orders of systemic disease in both troops are of the same kind. It is necessary to pay more attention to the effect of environmental factors of training field,to strengthen the education of health care at high altitude and the supervision on food hygiene,and to make some adjustments to the scheme of medical support.
