摘  要:垃圾转运车是用于城市生活垃圾中转站转换容器工作状态和运输容器的一种专用车辆,其中改变容器工作状态由翻转架实现。设计了翻转架的液压系统,利用复杂系统仿真平台AMESim建立了背载工况液压系统仿真模型,以ADAMS软件仿真得到的回落液压缸受力变化曲线为信号源,获取了回落液压缸位移曲线、加速度曲线和进出口压力曲线,其中液压缸位移曲线与ADAMS所定义的位移曲线相一致,说明AMESim液压系统仿真结果是正确的。The garbage transfer vehicle is a specialized vehicle used for converting the working state of containers and transporting containers to the urban garbage transfer station.The switch of the working state of containers is realized by the turning frame on the vehicle.The turning frame is driven by the hydraulic power.We design the hydraulic system of the turning frame,and do some simulation analysis based on the software AMESim.The displacement curves,acceleration curves and the import and export pressure curves were obtained by using the force curve as the import signal source from the simulation in the software ADAMS.The hydraulic cylinder displacement curves are coincident with the displacement curves which were defined by ADAMS.The above results prove the correctness of the simulation results of the hydraulic system.
