摘 要:针对以乳化液为工作介质的非圆行星齿轮液压马达,提出按阶梯形设计内齿圈、行星轮和太阳轮厚度的新方法,以提高其总效率。将液压力作用下两个配流盘的受力状态简化为等效模型,通过有限元分析求得了它们的变形。结合端面间隙的最优值和内齿圈的变形量,确定了齿轮厚度的阶梯形设计方案。按照该方案,试制了5台非圆行星齿轮马达,并以5%浓度的乳化液为工作介质进行了加载测试。结果表明总效率均值达到了64.9%,这与原有设计相比有了明显的提高。For the non-circular planetary gear hydraulic motor with an emulsion as the working medium,a stepped thickness design of the ring gear,planetary gear and sun gear is proposed to improve its overall efficiency.The force state of two valve plates under the hydraulic pressure was simplified to an equivalent model,and their deformation was obtained by using the finite element method.Combined with the optimum value of end clearance and the deformation of the ring gear,the stepped design of gear thickness was determined.According to the design,five non-circular planetary gear motors were manufactured,and a load test was carried out with 5% emulsion as the working medium.The result shows that the mean overall efficiency reaches 64.9%,which has been significantly improved compared with the original design.
