煤矿主排水泵房温度监测系统的设计

摘　　要：鉴于煤矿主排水泵房在矿井安全中的重要地位,设计了一套适用于煤矿主排水泵房的温度监测系统。系统采用主从式结构,分为检测主站和采集分站两部分。采集分站选用数字式温度传感器MAX6577对排水泵房中十个测点的温度信号进行分时采集和处理。检测主站实时接收分站的温度数据,可实现温度显示、超限报警、记录存储等功能。主站与分站之间的数据传输采用RS485总线。系统结构简单,维修量小,可靠性高,具有很好的推广价值。In view of coal mine main drainage pump room was important in mine safety,designed a set of temperature monitoring system which was applicable to coalmine main drainage pump room.The system used the master- slave structure,divided into two parts,collection detection master station and substation.Collection substation used digital temperature sensors MAX6577 to collect the signal of ten temperature measuring points of the drainage pump room.Detection master station received real- time temperature data of substation,which coule realize the temperature display,overrun alarm,record store,etc.RS485 bus was adopted to communicate the main station and substations.The system＇s structure is simple,small amount of maintenance,high reliability,has good popularization value.
