赤水河流域土地利用/覆被变化与生态环境效应

摘　　要：为给赤水河流域的土地管理、生态环境保护和区域可持续发展战略提供参考,应用2002年的TM影像和2009年的ETM+影像提取赤水河流域的两期土地利用/覆被数据,运用GIS空间分析与数理统计方法对赤水河流域的土地利用/覆被变化特征进行定量分析。结果表明:2009年比2002年赤水河流域的耕地、草地和水体面积分别减少121 945.00hm2、4 455.23hm2和1 156.68hm2,林地及灌丛、居民及建设用地、未利用地面积分别增加19 572.00hm2、1 619.70hm2和3 788.37hm2;生态环境质量指数从2002年的0.316上升至2009年的0.340。In order to provide a reference for land management decisions,ecological environment protection and regional sustainable development strategy,with the interpretation results of TM image in 2002and ETM＋image in 2009of Chishui River basin,the authors applied statistical and GIS analysis to quantitatively analyze the land use/cover change in Chishui River basin.The effects of land use transformation on the change of eco-environmental quality were assessed by calculating the regional ecoenvironmental indices and the contribution proportions of land use transformation types.Results：the area of cropland,grassland and water reduced by 121 945hm^2,4 455.23hm^2 and 1 156.68hm^2,respectively. While the area of forest and shrub,construction land and unused land increased by 1 9572 hm^2, 1 619.70hm^2and 3 788.37hm^2 in Chishui River basin from 2002to 2009.The regional eco-environmental quality index increased from 0.316in 2002to 0.340in 2009.The overall quality of regional ecoenvironment maintained relatively stable with a rising trend.Forestation and deforestation were co-existing in this basin. The policy of returning farmland to forest had given initial results.Continuous implementation of policy of reversion of arable land to forest and grassland would be an important way to improve the environmental quality of Chishui River basin.
