摘　　要：在当前经济社会诚信缺失的背景下,面对地方各类信用信息孤岛和信用信息征集不全等问题,建设地方公共联合征信系统十分必要。从总体上设计地方公共联合征信系统架构,从信用数据库建设、信用信息采集和整合、信用信息发布和查询、信用评价等方面探讨公共联合征信系统的主要内容,提出联合征信系统实施的建议,从而为地方联合征信系统的建设提供较为完整的思路。It＇s necessary to construct a local public joint credit reference system in the background of integrity failure in the current economic society,when confronting with various types of credit information silos and incomplete information collection. The paper designs a framework of local public joint credit reference system as a whole from such respects as credit database construction,acquisition and integration of credit information,dissemination and queries of credit information,credit evaluation,etc,studies the main content of aforesaid system,and presents proposals for implementing joint credit reference system,hence providing a more complete idea for the construction of local joint credit reference system.
