摘　　要：民营科技企业的金融创新是当前亟待解决的重要问题。本文在界定了民营科技企业金融创新涵义的基础上 ,剖析了当前民营科技企业亟需金融创新的动因 ,并有针对性地设想了民营科技企业金融创新的体系。Nowadays, the Financial innovation among the S&T enterprises run by local people is an important problem that needs to be solved very eagerly. On the basis of defining the meaning of “the financial innovation of the S&T enterprises run by local people”, the article analysis very deeply the motive and reason of it. And also, the article pictures a very effective system in accordance with the financial innovation of the S&T en_terprises run by local people.
