摘　　要：本文通过对国外相关文献的分析研究 ,经过企业技术创新领域的学者和企业技术主管人员的评价之后 ,提出了企业技术创新能力的审计内容。随后通过与专家学者及企业人员的广泛交流 ,提出了以打分卡为形式的审计基准 ,为企业开展技术创新能力审计建立了基础性框架。The paper analyses some relevant foreign references about innovation audit and proposes the audit contents of Chinese enterprises' innovation capability after evaluating by some scholars in the technology innovation area and some enterprises' technology managers. Then we discuss with many specialists and personals in enterprises and bring forward the audit benchmark based on scorecards. The audit contents and benchmark we put forward constitute the basic framework for Chinese enterprises to carry out the audit of technology innovation capability.
