摘　　要：通过改进水洗方法,采用"一体化"工艺,研制节水节能湿加工设备,建立废水治理与中水回用系统,实施清洁生产技术,加强用水和节能管理等措施,达到了猪皮制革节水节能和清洁生产的目的。The goals of water-saving, energy-saving and cleaner production of pigskin leather can beachieved by the combination of methods and techniques such as improved washing method, applying the＂integration＂ process, manufacturing the water-saving and energy-saving wet processing equipments,building the system of wastewater treatment and water reuse, implementing cleaner production technolo-gies, and strengthening water and energy utilizing management.
