摘 要:水平井压后产能准确预测是一项技术难题,前人建立水平井裸眼完井压裂产能预测模型较少,且现有模型在计算裸眼井筒产能时没有考虑裂缝和裸眼井段之间的相互干扰。在前人研究基础上,将任意两条裂缝之间裸眼井段处理为等效裂缝,与人工裂缝做同样的离散化处理,根据复位势理论、势的叠加原理以及数值分析理论,建立了水平井裸眼完井压裂产能预测模型,并考虑了水平井井筒压降,结果更符合实际。该模型计算结果表明,裸眼完井方式下,产能仅在生产初期高于射孔完井产能,裂缝条数、长度及间距组合对产能影响较大,但对于低渗、特低渗油气田来说,裂缝导流能力以及裂缝与水平井筒夹角对产能影响不明显;井筒两端裂缝产量几乎是中间裂缝产量的两倍,建议压裂时裂缝长度以"U"型排列为宜。It is a technical problem to predict accurately productivity after horizontal-well fracturing. Few models to predict the productivity were established for openhole completion of horizontal well. And the existing model can not take the interference between fractures and open intervals into consideration when calculating openhole pro-ductivity. Based on some previous research, the open interval between any two fractures is considered as the equivalent fracture, and discretized by the same way for artificial fracture. According to the complex potential theory, potential su-perposition principle, and numerical analysis theory, a productivity prediction model for fracturing which can consider the wellbore pressure drop was established. Results show that(1) the productivity obtained from openhole completion is higher than that from perforation completion only at the initial period;(2) the fracture number, length, and spacing combination can have a significant impact on productivity;(3) however, for low- and extra low-permeability gasfields,the impact of fracture conductivity and an angle between fracture and horizontal wellbore is not obvious; and(4) the production of fractures at both wellbore ends is almost twice as much as that of middle fractures. Therefore, we recom-mend arranging the fracture length of 'U' in shape.
