摘　　要：利用光学显微镜和力学性能试验机,研究了实验室不同回火温度对高强度调质大罐钢板12MnNiVR性能和组织变化的影响,获得了低屈强比和优异的强度、韧性指标,通过对实际性能数据分析得到了最佳强度范围,并据此确定了合适的回火工艺控制方案。By using optical microscope and mechanical testing machine, the effect of different tempering tempera-tures on properties and microstructure of quenched and tempered type high strength steel plate 12MnNiVR for oil stor-age tank is investigated at laboratory, and excellent yield and tensile strength ratio, tensile and toughness indexes areobtained. Proper tempering process control plan have been determined according to the optimum strength ranges on thebasis of actual property data analysis.
