摘　　要：通过研究宁钢180 t复吹转炉单渣深脱磷工艺,根据实际铁水条件,确定转炉吹炼制度、造渣制度、温度制度等方面影响转炉脱磷效果的关键工艺参数,并优化出钢模式,将转炉冶炼SPHD钢的出钢磷含量稳定控制在150×10-6以下。By investigating single slag deep dephosphorization process of Ninggang＇s 180 t combined blown con-verter, the company determines the key technological parameters of converter smelting, slag forming and temperatureinfluencing dephosphorization results on the basis of actual conditions of hot metal, optimizes the tapping mode. As aresult, P content is stably controlled to a value below 150×10-6.
