摘 要:文章主要运用文献资料法、调查法、观察法、逻辑分析法等方法,采用分层随机抽样,发放相应的学生、体育教师问卷。对大连市5所特殊教育学校的体育教师基本状况、体育教学实施状况、学生对体育课教学效果信息反馈情况、体育教学管理现状等几个方面进行了研究,找出大连市特殊教育学校体育教学中存在的问题,并提出大连市特殊教育学校体育开展的对策,为提高特殊教育学校的体育开展情况,和有关教育行政部门制定特殊教育法律法规提供理论支持,也为全社会都来关注特殊教育学校学生这个弱势群体提供现实依据。By means of literature, investigation, observation, and logic analysis, the authors of this paper conduct the research through random sampling among and questionnaire to students and P.E.(physical education) teachers in five special schools in Dalian, probing about basic status of P.E. teachers, P.E. teaching, students' feedback to P.E. teaching, and P.E. teaching management. The paper finds problems in PE teaching in special schools, and comes up with countermeasures for developing physical education there, so as to improve P.E. teaching, provide theoretical support for special education laws and regulations produced by relevant administrative departments, and provide realistic basis for the whole society to show concern for special school students, a vulnerable group in the society.
