摘　　要：地方高校图书馆以"本土文化"为切入点,从数字化技术的引入,研究和规划、服务地方建设等方面,对特色建设进行分析,并建立具有地方文化特色的专题数据库,达到有效保护、传承与开发利用本土文化的目的,从而更好地为经济文化建设服务。Taking the native culture created as the breakthrough point,local university library analyses the characteristic construction,from aspects of the introduction of digital technology,research and planning,serving local development, etc,and establishes the special database with local cultural characteristics. It is hope to effectively protect,inherit and exploit native culture,thus better serve for local economic and cultural construction.
