深圳市宝安区劳务工抑郁症相关精神卫生知识调查

摘　　要：目的探讨深圳市宝安区劳务工对抑郁症的识别和相关知识的了解状况。方法以典型的抑郁症个案作为案例描述,以问卷调查形式在深圳市宝安区劳务工中调查其对抑郁症的认识和相关知识的了解。结果深圳市宝安区劳务工对抑郁症案例的正确识别率为42.0%,30.7%的被调查者将抑郁症认为是"压力过大,不适应";不同年龄组的识别率为:≤30岁组(新生代劳务工)为46.1%,>30岁组为40.6%,两者差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同学历组的识别率分别为:初中及以下组为35.9%,高中/中专组为44.9%,大专/本科及以上组为55.4%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001)。对于抑郁症案例,33.5%的被调查者建议找人做心理咨询,28.1%建议找靠得住的朋友或家人聊天,20.5%建议看精神科医生。结论深圳市宝安区劳务工对抑郁症知识的掌握状况与受教育程度和年龄层次有一定关系,在劳务工群体中开展针对性的心理健康知识普及教育非常必要。Objectives To investigate the awareness status of mental health knowledge of depression among mi-grant workers in Bao＆#39;an district of Shenzhen.Methods Questionnaire survey based on description of depression case was conducted among migrant workers in Bao＆#39;an district of Shenzhen.Results 42.0% of 1 275 participants correctly recognized the case of depression,and 30.7% of them considered it as＆#39;unable to adapt because of too much stresses. The rates of correct recognition was 46.1% for the group of ≤30 years old （stands for new generation of migrant workers）and 40.6% for group of 〉30 years old （P 〈0.05）respectively.The recognition rate for group of junior middle school and below,senior middle school,college/undergraduate and above was 35.9%,44.9% and 55.4%respectively （P 〈0.001）.33.5% of participants believed psychological consult would be beneficial.28.1% of par-ticipants recommended seeking help with friends and family members,and 20.5% of participants agreed to see a psychiatrist.Conclusions The rate of correct recognition of depression was lower in those who have lower educa-tional level and who are older among migrant workers in Bao＆#39;an district Shenzhen.It is necessary to carry out some effective measurements to enhance the mental health education among migrant workers.
