摘　　要：目的研究不同场所男性双向性性行为者性行为特征。方法选择男男性行为者(men who have sex with men,MSM)聚集的浴池、酒吧、公园、会所为目标场所,采用分层整群抽样方法,抽取473名兼有异性性行为的MSM开展匿名问卷调查,同时进行艾滋病和梅毒血清学检测。对社区志愿者组织(CBO)关键人物及场所业主开展深度访谈。结果 473名MSM中,"1"(扮演"丈夫"者)占38.56%,"0.5"(可扮演"丈夫"或"妻子"者)占45.53%,"0"(扮演"妻子"者)占15.90%,酒吧和会所中"0"和"1"占比较大,浴池和公园中"1"占比较大;最近半年与女性发生过性行为的共占37.58%,公园和浴池中的占比高于酒吧和会所;有"滥交"经历的共占66.23%,按占比高低排序为:浴池、公园、会所、酒吧;每次性行为时均使用安全套的共占37.93%,活动于公园的最低;HIV抗体和梅毒血清学检测阳性率分别为4.44%和20.93%,浴池和公园的MSM感染率均较高。结论在针对MSM的艾滋病行为干预工作中,应将浴池和公园作为场所干预的重点。Objectives To study the characteristics of sexual behavior among men who have sex both with men and women in different places.Methods Public bathhouses,gay bars,the parks and the clubs were chosen as the target places.By stratified cluster sampling method,473 men who have sex with men and women were selected and interview with anonymous questionnaires,meanwhile HIV and syphilis test were carried out.We interviewed the key person of Community-based organization （CBO）in depth.Results Among the 473 cases,38.56% were ＆quot;1＆quot;（who playing the husband）,45.53% were “0.5 ”（who playing the husband or the wife）,and 1 5.90% were “0”（who playing the wife）.There were more “0”and “1”in gay bar and the club but more “1”in public bathhouses and the parks.In the last half year,37.58% had sex with women,and the proportion in the parks and public bath-houses was higher than that in the pubs and the clubs.66.23% had promiscuity in public bathhouses,the parks, the clubs and the pubs in succession.Only 37.93% used the condom in sexual behavior,and the proportion in the parks was the lowest.The positive rates of HIV and syphilis respectively were 4.44% and 20.93%.In public bath-houses and the parks,the positive rate was higher.Conclusions In the work of behavioral intervention to MSM, public bathhouses and the parks are recommended to be the key places.
