北京市机关、企事业单位育龄人群对免费避孕药具需求及获取现状分析

摘　　要：目的了解北京市机关、企事业单位育龄人群对免费避孕药具的利用情况及需求意愿。方法通过多阶段分层随机抽样,对北京市东城区27个单位的673名育龄群众进行横断面调查。结果调查对象对避孕药具免费发放政策的知晓率为89.05%,其中新经济组织单位的知晓率仅为67.53%;免费药具获得率为60.72%,以人工发放为主;育龄人群想要了解有关生殖健康保健和安全避孕知识的人最多。结论应该提高新经济组织单位的免费避孕药具政策知晓率和获得率,改善避孕药具的"三个单一"问题,扩展生殖健康服务。Objectives To investigate the demand and utilization of free contraceptive devices in government agen-cy,enterprises and public institution in Beijing.Methods Multi-stage stratified random sampling method was a-dopted to conduct the cross-sectional investigation on 673 people of reproductive age in 27 units.Results 89.05%of the subjects were aware of the free contraceptives policy,and the awareness rate was 67.53% for subjects in new economic organization.The obtained rate of free contraceptive devices was 60.72%,and the way of obtainment mostly was artificial distribution.Most subjects wanted to get knowledge of reproductive health care and safety of contraceptive.Conclusions The awareness rate and obtained rate of the free contraceptive devices should be in-creased.The “three single”problems should be improved and the reproductive health services should be expanded.
