陇东地区白皮黄瓜主要农艺性状变异度与聚类分析

摘　　要：对陇东地区16份白皮黄瓜种质资源进行了主要农艺性状考察分析.结果表明:陇东地区栽培的白皮黄瓜主要农艺性状有一定的变异度,各性状变异系数由大到小依次为:侧枝个数﹥株高﹥最大叶的叶柄长﹥第一雌花节位﹥瓜条粗﹥节间数目﹥最大叶叶宽﹥最大叶叶长﹥瓜条长。对品种间农艺性状表现进行聚类分析研究,在阈值8.00处可将16个品种分为三大类;Ⅰ类包括板桥白皮黄瓜、杂交白皮黄瓜和陇丰白玉黄瓜;Ⅱ类包括陇丰翠玉、陇丰白地黄瓜、白条端阳地黄瓜、香玉龙黄瓜、翠玉8号、正宗白叶三、特选白叶三和新选白叶三;Ⅲ类包括唐山秋黄瓜、新唐山秋黄瓜、合水老来少黄瓜、武汉老来少黄瓜和本地王中王。Having main agronomic traits analysis of 16 kinds of white skin cucumbers ’ germplasm re-sources planting in the east area of Gansu province , the result shows：there is a certain of vaiation among the main agronomic traits of white skin cucumber planting in the east area of Gansu province , variation coefficients of the main trains characters in descending order is：the numbers of the lateral shoots , plant height , the petiole length of the biggest leaf , internodes of the first female flower , width of the cucumber , the numbers of the internodes , the biggest leaf width , the biggest leaf length , length of the cucumber . Having analyzed main agronomic traits among 16 kinds of white skin cucumbers＆#39;germplasm resources by cluster analysis, the 16 varieties were divided into three categories on 8.00 threshold： The frist class of white skin cucumber involved Baiqiao white cucumber , Hybrid white cucumber and Longfengbaiyu white cucumber;The second class of white skin cucumber involved Longfengcuiyu white cucumber , Longfeng-baidi white cucumber , Baitiaoduanyangdi white cucumber , Xiangyulong white cucumber , Cuiyu No.8 white cucumber , Authentic baiyesan white cucumber , Selected baiyesan white cucumber and New select-ed baiyesan white cucumber;the third class of white skin cucumber involved Tangshanqiu white cucum-ber, New tangshanqiu white cucumber , Heshuilaolaishao white skin cucumber , Wuhanlaolaishao white cucumber and Local wangzhongwang white cucumber .
