基层央行执行稳健货币政策的新思考

摘　　要：货币政策是金融的核心。本文探讨了我国实施稳健货币政策的背景、内涵及实践,分析了2014年稳健货币政策的新特点及面临的挑战,对基层央行执行好稳健货币政策提出建议:加强稳健货币政策传导的及时性;增强稳健货币政策执行的前瞻性;增强稳健货币政策执行的针对性;增强稳健货币政策执行的协同性;提高稳健货币政策调控的有效性;提高稳健货币政策操作的规范性。Monetary policy is the core of the finance. The paper discusses the background, connotation and practice of implement-ing sound monetary policies, analyzes the new characteristics and challenges which sound monetary policies are facing in 2014, andputs forward suggestions for grassroots central banks to effectively perform sound monetary policies such as enhancing the timelinessof the transmission of sound monetary policies, strengthening the perspective, the pertinence and the synergistic effect of the imple-mentation of sound monetary policies, increasing the effectiveness of the regulation and control of sound monetary policies, and im-proving the standardization of the operation of sound monetary policies.
