美国量化宽松货币政策退出的影响及对策——以宁夏为例

摘　　要：包括亚洲金融危机在内的很多区域性金融危机,都有一个相同的背景,即美国等大国货币政策由宽松转向收紧,2013年12月美联储量化宽松政策退出进程正式启动,这一相同的背景再次出现,全球金融市场气氛再次紧张。本文简要介绍美联储量化宽松货币政策及其退出进程,梳理美国货币政策对全球经济的影响渠道,分析美国量化宽松货币政策退出对宁夏的影响,并提出对策建议。Including the Asian financial crisis, many regional financial crises have a same background, that is, large countries suchas the United States switch to tight monetary policy from easing monetary policy. Fed＇ s exit strategy from quantitative easing （here-after referred to as QE） was officially launched in December 2013 ,which gives a hint that the global financial market get tense again.The paper provides a brief overview of Fed＇ s QE policy and it＇ s exit progress, sorts out the channels of the influence of U.S. mone-tary policy on the global economy, analyzes its influence on Ningxia, and puts forward related policy proposals.
