摘　　要：作为国际贸易的重要贸易形式,转口贸易被广泛运用于各国的贸易往来。但随着转口贸易的发展,部分企业不再安于以赚取差价为目的,而是转向套取境内外的利差、汇差,并以此异化或构造转口贸易,个别企业为达成交易,甚至使用虚假的物权凭证进行操作。本文就此次虚假转口贸易专项检查中发现的虚假转口案例,对其转口贸易模式进行分析并提出相应的应对策略。As an important form of the international trade, the transit trade has been widely used in the trades of all countries. Butwith the development of the transit trade, some companies are no longer content with price difference as the profit, but go after interestrate difference and foreign exchange rate difference home and abroad as the profit, and catabolize or construct the transit trade. Individ-ual companies even use the false document to get the transaction. The paper introduces the cases of the false transit trades found in thespecial inspection on the false transit trades, analyzes the patterns of the transit trade and proposes the corresponding countermeasures.
