摘　　要：马蹄肾是一种常见的先天肾脏融合畸形,容易出现尿路感染、结石、积水、囊肿、肿瘤、肾挫伤、肾实质疾病等各种合并症,这些合并症可能加速马蹄肾患者发展至终末期肾衰竭的进程。目前一些临床医师对马蹄肾的认识还不够全面。本文综述了马蹄肾的胚胎学、解剖学、遗传学、影像诊断方法、合并症等资料,旨在提高对马蹄肾的认识,减少误诊和漏诊。Horseshoe kidney is a common congenital renal fusion anomaly which predisposes to various complications including urinary infection,calculus,hydrop,cyst,tumor,renal contusion,renal parenchymal disease,etc,which may promote its progression to end stage renal failure.To improve the recognization and knowledge of horseshoe kidney by physicians,the present paper has reviewed data about horseshoe kidney in embryology,anatomy,genetics,imaging diagnosis,and complications in order to increase understanding and decrease misdiagnosis of it.
