摘　　要：研发基于物联网技术的小区物业管理信息系统是当前小区物业智能化管理急需解决的问题。分析了小区物业管理系统的功能需求,提出了物联网技术在小区物业管理信息系统的应用思路,设计并开发了基于物联网技术的小区物业管理信息系统,对小区物业管理的信息化、智能化具有实际指导意义。To research and develop the community property management information system based on Internet of Things（ IOT） technology has become the urgent problem to be solved in current intelligent residential property management. The function demand of residential property management system is analyzed in this paper,and the ideal of the IOT technology in the application of residential property management information system is put forward. Furtherly the residential property management information system based on the IOT technology is also designed and developed. In addition,the practical reference for the intelligent and informatization of the residential property management is provided too.
