摘　　要：实验室在日常检测过程中,需要进行检测参数不确定度的评定,计算工作量大且较繁琐,通过使用Delphi 7开发测量不确定度分析软件,解决了测量不确定度的自动计算。本论文以实例展示了如何应用软件计算不确定度的计算过程。Testing laboratories shall have and shall apply procedures for estimating uncertainty of measurement in their daily inspection process. But usually, these procedures always require large amount of manpower and the calculating processes always be complicated. By using the Delphi 7 development uncertainty analysis software, these processes can be calculated by the computer automatically. In this paper, an example of uncertainty evaluation process is showed to reveal how this software works.
