摘 要:为了探索煤矿井下受诸多因素影响的顶板冒落高度的数学解决方法,基于对影响综采工作面上覆岩层冒落高度8个因素作用机理的分析,采用层次分析法对各因素权重进行评定,借助模糊数学综合评价方法,建立了一种新的综采工作面上覆岩层冒落高度决策预测模型.利用该模型分别对镇城底矿、王庄煤矿、杜儿坪矿综采工作面上覆岩层冒落高度进行了预测计算,结果为16.680,18.279,16.680m,计算结果与现场实测结果相比相对误差分别为2.21%,5.53%,9.74%,表明该预测模型具有较高的精度,为综采工作面冒落高度的确定提供了新的方法.In order to find the mathematical solution for the decision of caved zone height which was a uncertain problem affected by many factors, based on the analysis of eight factors influencing overlying strata caved zone height, the weight of each factor was evaluated by the analytic hierarchy method. A predicting model for caved zone height of fully mechanized working face was proposed using a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. The caved zone heights of Zhenchengdi, Wangzhuang and Duerping coal mines were obtained using the model with 16. 680, 18. 279 and 16. 680 m, respectively. The relative errors between calculated results and in-situ results are 2.21%, 5.53%, 9.74%, respectively, which indicate that the model is of better predicting precision, and provides a new method for the caved zone height of fully mechanized working face.
