摘 要:探讨了Falcon离心机回收电子废弃物的可行性,分析了离心机中颗粒受力情况,提出了颗粒的动力学方程.运用流体动力学(CFD)软件Fluent6.2对强化离心力场进行了数值模拟,并进行了分选实验研究.结果表明,离心力场使分选机有较低的分选下限,采用Falcon离心机分选-0.5mm级破碎电路板,取得了较好的分选效果,I值为0.01,数量效率为93.17%,错配物总量为4.5%.Falcon离心机可以对电子废弃物有效分选.The feasibility to recycle the electronic waste using a centrifugal concentrator was investigated. The forces acting on particles in the Falcon centrifugal concentrator were analyzed. The kinetic equations of particles in the stratification region and beneficiation region were proposed. The computational fluid dynamics (CFD) software Fluent6.2 was employed to simulate the enhanced centrifuge field, and the separation experiments were performed. The results show that the enhanced centrifuge field can reduce the lower limit of separation. For -0.5 mm electronic waste, a good separation efficiency was achieved with an I value of 0.01, a quantity efficiency of 93.17% and a misplaced material of 4.5% using the Falcon centrifugal concentrator. The Falcon centrifugal concentrator was suitable for the separation of electronic waste.
